The aim of this campaign is to establish Mercedes-Benz as the first point of contact in an accident or breakdown situation. Based on this, we designed relevant everyday stories and campaign images that closely resemble our target group. With a central campaign message, the promise of Mercedes-Benz is communicated in a bold way: „Mercedes-Benz helps”.
The stories with their more than twenty campaign pictures are used worldwide in a wide variety of channels. In addition, country-specific adaptations are available for each individual story. The motifs can be found in servicecenters, on social media channels as well as in brochures and other print products.
